The Board of the ACS and the organizing committee have decided to postpone the next Crossroads, with the new dates yet to be determined, in view of the developments concerning COVID-19. The spread of the virus is affecting travel and meetings across the world, with news shifting by the hour, making it very hard to predict even the immediate future. The Board of the ACS and the organizing committee are following its evolution very closely and, for the moment, we still hope to hold the conference in Lisbon eventually.
We thank all of you who sent paper and panel proposals, and we are very sorry that this may cause inconvenience to any of you already set to attend, but we are facing extremely unusual circumstances that demand our closest attention to how things are developing, also having in mind the safety of all.
